We have made it our mission to lead the UK soft drinks industry in sugar reduction with the aim of removing it entirely while maintaining the taste and quality consumers love. With more than 60% of UK consumers actively seeking reduced-sugar products, there is a clear demand for soft drinks that offer both health benefits and great taste.

Breaking boundaries in sugar reduction.

Our business has pioneered an innovative approach to sugar reduction that aligns with stringent UK health standards, including HFSS (High Fat, Salt, and Sugar) regulations. We have developed a proprietary blend that leverages Stevia Reb M and fructose, allowing us to reduce sugar content by over 70%, while still delivering the familiar mouthfeel and taste that consumers expect.

However, this is just the beginning. Our ultimate goal is to remove fructose entirely, creating soft drinks that are naturally sweetened yet completely free from sugar. Achieving this requires an iterative process, right now, our formulations contain 4.1g of sugar per 100ml, but we are actively working toward reducing this to 2g and ultimately 0g.

The challenge lies in replicating the sensory qualities that sugar provides, not just sweetness, but also texture, mouthfeel, and balance. Our R&D team is relentlessly innovating, using advanced techniques to enhance the sugar-like experience without the need for fructose. Through continued breakthroughs in bioconversion and molecular refinement, we are on a clear trajectory toward full sugar elimination by 2030.

To validate our approach, we have conducted extensive consumer trials, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, our reduced-sugar formulations meet or exceed expectations in taste, texture, and overall drinking experience.

This journey doesn’t end at reduction, we are reengineering the future of soft drinks, proving that sugar-free can still mean full flavour.
